Bug Description

I can not use any common shortcuts (Ctrl+S, Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V, Ctrl+P, etc) when I switch language to Ukrainian or Russian.

Description: Ubuntu 13.10 (just upgraded from 13.04)
Release: 13.10
