add ability to preview bug reports and comments

There's only a "submit" button on bug reports and comments forms.

It would be nice to have a "Preview" button, to recheck spelling, and see how links appear.

I searched old bugs for "preview" and couldn't find such a request, so i added my own.

There isn't really anything to preview. What you see is pretty much what you get.

There are bits of special syntax - see Bug #124162 . They are small, but somewhat significant nevertheless.

Also, i was reporting a bug in which i wrote some HTML syntax and i wasn't sure whether i should write < or &lt;. A preview function would save me the editing of bug description. And comments can't be edited at all.

Maybe it's obvious for Launchpad veterans, but for newbies it could make things easier.

Hello Amir,

thanks for the report.
I'm not sure if this is such a useful feature. Most of the actions in a bug page you can easily undo. Those that you can't, like editing a comment, are better covered by bug 80895
Do you have any other use cases?

Ability to edit comments can cancel the need to preview.
