[ofono] PinRequired doesn't change to "puk" any more on 3 invalid attempts

Bug Description

When the UI for the SIM PIN was initially implemented, the ofono SimManager's PinRequired property successfully changed from "pin" to "puk" after 3 failed attempts in entering the correct PIN. This is not the case any more and the API keeps on telling it would require the PIN. This has high potential of destroying SIM cards and has happened to unity team members already.

Any news on this? We see more and more people locking up their sim card.

This fix was released as part of ofono 1.12+bzr6842-0ubuntu1.

That said, there are some intermittent issues with maguro that we're sorting out, so please verify on mako.
