Request for uprobes32 kernel CI loop

This is a requested to setup experimental uprobes32 patch set is landed in to linux-linaro tree

Tree: git://git.linaro.org/people/davelong/linux.git
Branch: uprobes-v2
target : snowball
kernel config: http://people.linaro.org/~naresh.kamboju/systemtap-results-logs/sept-18/systemtap-kernel-dot-config
KPROBES/ UPROBES/ and other debug kernel configs not enabled by default. So I am requesting to build it with this config at this point of time.

rootfs: developer rootfs required because we will be compiling systemtap source on target. which need gcc and g++.

Dependecy packages needs to be installed:
 - build-essential
 - aptitude
 - m4
 - dejagnu

The Systemtap test definition yaml file (which is not tested yet)
