Bug Description

Device: Maguro
Build: 13.10 (Oct. 14)

If the user locks the screen immediately after pressing the soft button to switch to the front-facing camera, the camera app will become unresponsive to touch events and will not show an image preview after unlocking the screen. This issue can be fixed if the user forces the app to close on the Applications scope and relaunches it.

Procedures:
A) Open the Camera app from the Applications or Home scope.
B) Press the camera switch soft button.
C) Immediately lock the screen by pressing the power button.
D) Press the power button again and swipe to unlock the screen.
E) Notice that the screen is black with the camera overlay and the app may not respond to touch input.

Mako seems too fast to reproduce this
Given less work planned for maguro may not fix
