[EDP] Job binaries name validation is a bit too strict

Uploading a job binary with a filename of "hadoop-examples-1.2.1.jar" does not work (fails to validate filename). Same for "hadoopexamples.1.1jar". It seems that "no digits after a dot" might be the rule in play.

Ideally, the validation would accept likely filenames (like: hadoop-examples-1.2.1.jar).

    Made general name validation less strict

    1. Made valid_name validation much less strict
    2. Changed validation type for cluster, nodegroup and templates to
       new 'valid_name_hostname' that is equal to old "valid_name" validation
