Bug Description

When trying to initiate a change to the display layout of my desktop, the following error was thrown.

GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.LimitsExceeded: Failed to determine seats of user "1000": Too many open files

Additionally, trying to launch Guayadeque led to a crash, probably for a related reason.

I guess that means I've acquired some bug from recent updates. Anyone know a workaround, like restarting Dbus to clear the backlog of failed communications from some buggy process.
