Bug Description
When performing searches in dash, the scrolling is quite likely to break. The easiest way to reproduce is performing searches in Home scope (with internet on, so you get lots of results from the smart scopes server).
To reproduce:
1) Perform a search in Home (for example "london")
2) Wait for the search to complete, scroll all the way down.
3) Swipe away from the Home scope (right to Apps), so the model resets back to the surfacing mode.
4) Swipe back to Home scope, try to scroll all the way down.
5) Start again from 1) if not broken.

A bit more information:
- the broken scrolling was much easier to reproduce without revision 456 of lp:unity8, which disabled category reordering
- with trunk where the reordering is atm disabled, the only thing this breaks is the search bar position
