Bug Description
*Steps to reproduce*
1. Log in WebUI
2. Create environment
3. Start to create Demo Service, type name, set value 1 to Instance count field, type hostname template without #
*Observed result*
# is not necessary to use it in hostname template fir 1 instance
Note:
Also HelpText for Instance count field looks strange, maybe need to substitute 'and' for 'or'
Need to rephrase sentance "For a demo scenario only 2 instances are allowed." because it sounds like we can create only 2 instances and 1 instance can't be created
