move device-tree tests to ubuntu version

Bug Description
device-tree.yaml that is located in ubuntu directory should be used in all ubuntu and openembedded jobs. Example LAVA job:

Both test cases (ubuntu and openembedded) were running the same script. The difference is that the openembedded yaml file uses the sources from launchpad while ubuntu uses the one stored in Linaro git.

it requires changes on post-build-lava since path to tests are depending on the baseline. definitions/ openembedded/
e.g. on openembedded baseline, we look under qa/test-
I'll suggest to symlink the test until post-build-lava is able to handle this use-case.
