Repling message does not show recipient's email addresses in the email form

Bug Description
When reply: the client address does not appear in the simplified form. In general all emails should appear in the
recipient's list.
When many emails in from/to, OE says “more” but there is no way to see the details (click in the area is ineffective)
All emails should be present in simplified (or at least there should be a way to click on “more” and get the complete form open)
