nautilus: Does not handle connect to server well (error messages) if no host or no network connection.

As an example. Try via 'Connect to Server' and attempt to make an SSH connection with no networking enabled.

See attached screenshot for error message.

This message is not informative or elegant and should be better.

The error is now (on 17.10):

```

On 13.10 it said:

```
Oops! Something went wrong.
Unhandled error message: SSH program unexpectedly exited
```

I think the new error message is more informative so I'm going to mark this Fix Released. Please revert to New if you disagree.
