When a video is playing the device shouldn't suspend and stop playing
TEST CASE:
1. Play a video that is longer than the inactivity time before the device suspends
2. Watch the video
EXPECTED RESULT
Device doesn't suspend while the video is playing
ACTUAL RESULT
Device suspends and video stops playing.

So this is similar but not identical to what music-app did.
There's a qtpowerd source package in the coreapps-drivers daily PPA that will wrap Powerd's requestSysState API; for mediaplayer-app we need some similar wrapper for requestDisplayState API.
So we need to add this feature to qtpowerd, move qtpowerd from PPA to archive, use the feature in mediaplayer-app.
There's currently some music-app hardcoding in qtpowerd too.
