Scrolling switches tabs in column view

Bug Description
When I have multiple tabs open in column view, and I scroll using my mousewheel anywhere, rather than scrolling that column up or down, Marlin switches to another tab. I've seen this behavior in e.g. Google Chrome when you mouse scroll while over a tab title, but this should not be happening while my mouse is over a column inside the tab.
