Planner totals do not take into account transfers correctly

Bug Description
Say you have a split transaction each month called "paycheck" that resides in Account A, has a transaction amount of +500, and contains the following splits:
+2000 Gross Pay
- 500 Taxes
-1000 [Account B]
The total Net pay to you in each paycheck is 1500, but 1000 is moved to another account in Financisto.
The planner does not look at the transfers correctly. A transfer should introduce a 0 impact in the planner, but in the case above, it negatively impacts. This makes the planner useless if you have transfers.
