Bug Description
In Windows 7, it is possible to drag a minimized Inkscape window to the left- or right-hand side of the screen so the window snaps to occupy half the monitor. When a dialogue window such as document properties (ctrl + shift + P) is opened, the entire Inkscape window changes position.
