Bug Description

When creating (or even reauthorizing) an account, the process might fail if the service is unreachable. This might be because of some network error, or some temporary error at the provider's website.

How should this be handled on the phone? Currently the operation silently fails (as if the user pressed the "Cancel" button), but there should be some sort of notification to the user.

Ubuntu Online Accounts does not recognize my irc password and i cant identify via UOA.

Also check this https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/empathy/+bug/1253096

It is probably an issue of Online Accounts and not Empathy's.
