Bug Description

SirVer and me encountered several bugs regarding expeditions and seafaring.
With current trunk 6800 saving works again, but loading fails:

Game: Reading Player Economies Info ... Game_Loader::load() took 411ms
Fata exception: Wirtschaften: Spieler: 1: Wirtschaft: Ziel Anzahl: doppelter Eintrag für wood
Object_Manager: ouch! remaining objects
lastserial: 3098

Spieldatenfehler
Wirtschaften: Spieler: 1: Wirtschaft: Ziel Anzahl: doppelter Eintrag für wood

I've attached the savegame and stdout.txt.
I did save during the new, second port was building.

Forgot to mention: the bug was actually a saving bug, so the attached safegame will stay borked. But it should not happen for new savegames.
