Bug Description

The test_vertical_integration unit test fails on Fedora and CentOS with:

$ ./test_vertical_integration
    1.7542791779335944E-015
Pass: [test_vertical_integration_prismatic]
   1.6739509509903225E-003
Fail: [test_vertical_integration_unstructured]; error: Too large error in vertical integration on unstructured mesh.
   2.0652107909808893E-004
Pass: [test_vertical_integration_prismatic_gradient]
   2.0020320660495269E-003
Pass: [test_vertical_integration_unstructured_gradient]
$

This looks like a tolerance issue - the test is for <1e-03, and the result is 1.6e-03. Could someone please confirm whether the tolerance can be safely relaxed to <2e-03 for this test please?
