Bug Description
If you pause -- either by f2 or the pause key -- and change cameras the plume of exhaust from a steam locomotive disappears (see images).

Curious; I know it'll disappear if you change from windowed to fullscreen or back, or alt-tab out when fullscreen, which is simply a limitation of the graphics drivers with dynamic vertex buffers, but it doesn't seem to disappear on camera change for me.
