Event with year only on rtl pages - dev

Bug Description

We print on rtl pages events with dates that include a month or ABT/FROM/BET etc. that are translated to rtl texts and Latin places with the date to the right and the place to the left in the Individual Families tab person boxes, zoom boxes and for the married data and in the chart person boxes and zoom boxes.

When the date is defined with only a year we print in a wrong way the Latin place to the right and the date (year) to the left.

Sample Family tab of Individual I24362 on a rtl page
OK
Marriage of F6886
Birth and death data of I24363 person box and zoom box

NOT OK
Marriage of F6882 between person boxes and in zoom box of I24363
Birth and death data of I24364

Sample chart person boxes and zoom boxes
Pedigree tree of I24364

When the date is only a year, would it be possible
to use a translatable text, for instance 'in year %s', in a similar way to the ABT, CAL etc. dates.
or to add dir based on the page direction, not using dir="auto" based on the date texts.

I have looked at this again, and I still cannot see (or understand) this error.

It is very difficult for me to look at a page containing a mix of English and Hebrew, and spot something that is "the wrong way".

In the attached screen print, dates with a Hebrew month or with Hebrew texts ABT, BEF etc. print to the right of the Latin place.
Dates with only a year print to the left of the place.
