Bug Description
Unsure if this is the right package to report against, but I have 13.10 on two machines one with Intel drivers and one with Nvidia. Both properly enable DPMS and screen blank/power save after login, but neither will while on the login screen. Leaving the monitors always on.

I would like to report that this bug affects me as well. I have the 319 Nvidia drivers installed. I ran the upgrade process from 13.04 to 13.10. Everything else seems to be fine. But I am experiencing the same symptoms. If I log in, the monitor will sleep correctly, however, if I stay at the log in screen the monitor remains on.
