Thumbnailer helper executable should not be instaled under /usr/share

The thumbnailer library installed a helper program to /usr/share/thumbnailer/vs-thumb. This is not platform independent data, so should not be installed under /usr/share (a subdirectory under /usr/lib or /usr/libexec would be more appropriate).

Apparently this is difficult to change late in the cycle though due to the path being encoded into the AppArmor security policies.

Apparently the correct directory is /usr/lib/$(arch)/packagename,

This is a duplicate of bug #1235325. Please see that bug for details and note that this can be fixed for saucy because the apparmor policy is allowing the suggested path already. Ie, apparmor policy has:
  /usr/lib/@{multiarch}/thumbnailer/vs-thumb ixr,

due to discussion in bug #1235325 where it is recommended that /usr/lib/$arch/thumbnailer/vs-thumb be used.
