Bug Description
Just like with "Auto-Raise Delay" I would like to configure a delay, after which the "sloppy focus mechanism" would kick in (if "Click To Focus" is not selected).
I like the "focus follows mouse" behaviour in general, but without any delay it is often unusable.
E.g. you cannot move the mouse from the current window (across others) to the Unity menu bar, without changing the focused window.
A default delay of 150-200ms seems reasonable.
(this is about the "General Options" section's "Focus & Raise Behaviour" (ccsm))
