resume options are creating new artefact on editing

Bug Description

When editing a resume option, lets say an education history line, on saving of the edit form it creates a new line in the artefact table rather than editing the existing line.

This can cause problems with attachments.

Hi Robert,

On investigation, it looks like this problem was caused by the Leap2a interactive import code erroneously changing ArtefactTypeResumeComposite from a "singular" to "non-singular" type. I've written another patch which corrects that, which I think also resolves this problem. It's under https://bugs.launchpad.net/mahara/+bug/1237791
