Mahara 1.8 - attachment icons not aligned

I added some files to Certifications, Books, Professional memberships on content > resume > achievements. The attachment icons are not aligned see attachment for more details

This appears to be a cross browser issue - logged in as admin theme = moderation

I was able to replicate this in every theme I tried.
