How in the world did I miss these??? Especially after adding them to the project CLIs...
Use the same semantics as the project CLIs:
--verify | --insecure enable/disable host cert verification
--os-cacert pass a CA bundle file

Add options to support TLS certificate verification
Add --os-cacert and --verify|--insecure options using the same
sematics as the other project CLIs. --verify is included for
completeness.
