Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Configure Murano API with wrong RabbitMQ parameters (for example with wrong rabbitMQ user)
2. Login on dashboard
3. Create environment.
4. Push the button delete environment.
Dashboard show message "Unable to delete environment" but environment disapeared (Murano API will delete this environment from database, but error message will apears because Murano API can't connect to RabbitMQ)
