It seems that Super+space assigns both IBus and indicator-keyboard. So former WIN the battle.

#4 is wrong.
$ gsettings get org.gnome.desktop.wm.keybindings switch-input-source "['<Mod4><Hyper><Super>space']"
$ gsettings get org.gnome.desktop.wm.keybindings switch-input-source-backward ['<Shift><Mod4><Hyper><Super>space']
They look good to me.
