simplify the history when opened via the hotkey

Bug Description
Hi.
When opened via the hotkey, the history list should only show the entries and perhaps "Clear" but especially not "Preferences" and "Quit".
I think under normal operation, the later two will (after initial configuration) never be needed again and having them in the popup list just takes space and annoys "power users".

btw: One can consider whether it makes sense to remvoe the two also from the history list when it is opened from the system tray icon AND when Diodon is run as a service as I propose in bug #1235830.
