Nautilus freezes after trash emptying

Every single time, in Ubuntu 13.10 beta 2, GNOME edition, nautilus freezes after I empty the trash without fail. The trash, of course, gets emptied, but after that, everything just stops. I can't click on anything in the app, no force-close dialogs show up. Very annoying and this is a major bug.

Maybe a duplicate of #1231978. However, this issue did not seem to affect Nautilus or Nemo.

Thank you for your bug report, could you upgrade gvfs to 1.18.2, restart your session and see if that's still an issue?

I even added the official GNOME 3 PPA, checked for updates, ran all available updates, including what you said... Nothing. Same issue :/

Are there any PPA's or patches that you may suggest for my system at the moment while an ultimate fix is being worked on for all users?

I ran some more updates and it appears to have been fixed! Thank you Sebastian, for the suggestions :)
I'll keep this bug report open for another few days before marking it as "fixed" just in case.
