flredecomp exiting before completion with Intel on buildbot

Eight tests are currently failing under CX1 (Intel) buildbot:

From Cian:
 parallel_p0_consistent_interpolation
 parallel_p0_consistent_interpolation_3d
 parallel_p1_consistent_interpolation
 parallel_p2_consistent_interpolation
 viscosity_2d_p0_parallel
 viscosity_2d_p0_parallel_local_assembly

From Alistair:
 periodic_2plus1_parallel

From Colin:
 lagrangian_detectors

The symptoms in each case are flredecomp exiting, generally with segfault, before the decomposed flml is written out. In all cases the tests run just fine under gcc on the main buildbot.

This is an initial placeholder bug report pending more information.
