webm videos don't show up in Dash

I have a video that's in the .webm format. I paste it to ~/Videos but it does not show up in the dash.

I copied the problem file over to my device, and verified that the media scanner picked it up. It didn't display instantly (I don't think the shell is responding to the results_invalidated signal correctly yet), but if I did a search for the file name, an extra icon showed under the "My videos" category.

After clearing the search, it shows up in the surfacing mode (since a new search has been triggered).

Thumbnailing of videos is not yet working so it is a bit difficult to tell videos apart (especially since there is no text in the carousel), but the file name shows up in the preview.

@James, can you ensure that you have stock image? I tried copying the attached webm video on the device and can't see it either (it uses VP8, which I'm not sure we have codecs for)
