Bug Description

Binary package hint: apport

These last days I have been unable to use apport to report bug because it tells me that it is unable to submit report dure to bad gateway, but my internet connection just seems to work pefectly.

I am using the amd64 gutsy version of ubuntu

I can confirm this bug using Gutsy with latest updates.
Also apport takes way too long to submit before it returns the error.
By way too long I'm talking about ~5 minutes at 1mb/s

This is a problem with Launchpad, not apport.

I've tried reporting a crash of virtualbox-ose, where the crash file is ~235mb huge.

The upload seems to complete, but then a dialog pops up:
Could not upload report data to crash database
HTTP Error 502: Bad Gateway

I've tried it twice using apport-qt 0.98 in Ubuntu Gutsy.

At the same time, I was able to submit another, smaller crash file (1-2mb) successfully.
