Bug Description

Helmholtz-anisotropic-vector-mms-p1p1cg-structured fails on the Intel test platform with an ASCII rather than binary mesh being used for the test. This test was owned by Jonny Bull who has now left AMCG.

Added a -bin to the gmsh line in the Makefile, which fixed the test in the intel-testfix branch.
