Bug Description
This bug started happening in the last week, so perhaps is associated with a recent update. (It wasn't present after the first Luna release.)
After I lock the screen and leave it for some time, the unlock dialog does not show when I try to wake it back up. The mouse cursor shows, and can be moved. When I press ctrl + alt + backspace, I get a flash of the desktop background before X resets and the login dialog shows, at which point I can login.

I can confirm this problem, it is extremely annoying and happens every time when I lock the screen. The problem started occuring after I updated to KDE 4.11.5 within Kubuntu 13.10. So far, the only option to regain access to the session is to login to a tty and run `killall kscreenlocker_ greet` from there. Yesterday, however, I had the problem that I could not even switch to a tty anymore...
