Bug Description
Using the current touch image (75):
- show the launcher
- click on contacts
- display the bottom bar
- click the "add" icon
-> you get the page to add a contact, the cursor is at the top of the page but with the default theme it's hard to see that there is a text entry there (the grey label bellow it is almost impossible to read as well)
My first reaction when the page loaded was to click on the more visible elements (e.g phone/email), I then spend a few minutes trying to understand why the "save" button was not enabled...

I'm also adding ubuntu-ux and ubuntu-ui-toolkit to the bug, part of the issue is due to the theme (things are easier to use with the default theme)
