Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox

Since the last update to 2.0.0.4 firefox crashes sometimes at all sorts of pop up windows, very simple or flash loaded ones does not matter. I use the restore and try again, it will open the windows fine about 8 times out of ten.
After seeing some closed threads I downloades that HUGE gdb thing and really hope it helps:
This GDB was configured as "i486-linux-gnu"...
Using host libthread_db library "/lib/tls/i686/cmov/libthread_db.so.1".
(gdb) run
Starting program: /usr/lib/firefox/firefox-bin -a firefox
[Thread debugging using libthread_db enabled]

Thank you for reporting this bug with us,
Can you please try to reproduce it by running firefox in safe mode command = firefox -safe-mode
Can you please attach the crash report found in /var/crash after you reproduce this and make sure you have -dbg packages installed before reproducing this.

Thank you! So after a crash after I started from the safe mode command, all I do is locate the report in var/crash, I don't to go through this:

firefox -g 2>&1 | tee ~/Desktop/gdb-firefox.log
... # some output
(gdb) run
... # run and reproduce crash
(gdb) bt full
... # full backtrace output
(gdb) thread apply all backtrace full
... # all threads full backtrace output
(gdb) quit

like last time?
-dbg are installed
Thank you
