Bug Description
We'd like to deploy OpenStack after every commit gets through the gate, and I'm told service accounts are a good way to talk to gerrit to mine that data.
We've created a public key:
ssh-rsa AAAAB3NzaC1yc2E
This should get read-only access, and only needs to read trunk of everything.
