jenkins_common_lib passes wrong deb package to linaro-hwpack-replace if linux-image-*-dbg* package is present

Now that the debug symbols are put into separate bed package (mainline commit 810e843746b7297819b0a76b6c105b9bda01fd9c "deb-pkg: split debug symbols in their own package"), the "./linux-image*${kernel_version}*.deb" pattern used in jenkins_common_lib to get the kernel image deb package name is too vague, and matches the two packages. This results in the ci job failure like:
