Inconsistencies in HOT template guide and spec

I got pointed to some inconsistencies between the HOT template guide and HOT spec related to the outputs section. Actually, the HOT spec provides an incorrect syntax definition for the outputs section while the template guide provides a correct example.

In addition, wrong resource type names and attribute names are used for the native nova server resource

I know it's _really_ late for havana-rc1, but any chance to bring this fix to the documentation in?

The published docs are currently built off git master, so until we figure out how to manage docs versions I don't see this as an RC1 blocker.

    Fix inconsitencies in HOT template guide and spec

    Fix description of outputs section in the HOT specification, and thus make it
    consistent with the HOT template guide (which is correct).

    Also fix incorrect uses of the native server resource's resource name and
    attribute names.
