Bug Description

Hi,
With this focus policy: System-Setting - Window Behavior Focus Policy: "Focus Strictly Under Mouse".
When I start to type a web address then it appaers a scroll down menu that let me to select with the mouse the full address, but with this focus policy it isn't possible because the scroll down menu disappear when the mouse is over it.
Best regards.
Franco
