Bug Description
When an application is uninstalled it should be removed immediately from the 'Installed' category on the application scope and be listed on the 'More' category instead.
TEST CASE
1. Install an application and verify that it is listed on the "Installed" category of the applications lens
2. Long press the application to show the details
3. Press 'Uninstall'
ACTUAL RESULT:
The application is uninstalled but its icon is still present on the 'Installed' category and does obviously nothing.
EXPECTED RESULT
Application is removed from 'Installed' and listed on 'More suggestions'
