Bug Description
There should be only one category on phone that is called "Recent" which lists currently running/sleeping apps. "Recently used" seems to be provided by ZG and needs to be disabled on phone.

Closing as the phone image never had zeitgeist seeded, so could happen only if you installed it yourself. Of course once we do seed zeitgeist, we might need to reopen this.
