Bug Description
I am not sure about other dialogs, but the Metaserver login dialog does not allow to tab from the username field to the password field.
Expected behavior:
Enter username, press Tab => Cursor jumps to password field
Actual behavior:
Enter username, press Tab => a control symbol gets added into the username field

It is also impossible to leave the WL window itself with ALT+Tab
--> the focus jumps to the next window but WL is in foreground every time
Tested this with Win 7 and Ubuntu 14.04.
