Bug Description

Open GMail web app - touch new email control -

new email form opens - touch any section - no keyboard popups

Nexus 4 build 67

This is in-consistent as it appears after a reboot, however Enter Key does not work

There is a definite issue with the keyboard in the GMail app -

I cannot quite see the pattern yet, however more often than not the keyboard will not slide up for use when replying or editing a draft as mentioned is another bug report - cut/copy and paste do not work either.
