Bug Description
Steps to repro:
1. Open Contacts app
2. Bottom edge swipe up to show toolbar, tap "Add"
3. OSK appears. Type something, then try to press "Save"
Expected result:
Can tap "Save" and OSK disappears
Actual result:
Tapping "Save" does not register a tap.
The unity-mir OSKController has a hardcoded height for the OSK. This value must be too large.
