Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable "disable touchpad when mouse plugged"
2. Plug in a mouse and see the touchpad being disabled
3. Suspend the computer
4. While computer is suspended, plug out the mouse
5. Wake computer up, touchpad is still suspended

I propose some sort of check after wake-up to see if the mouse is still plugged in and then enabling/disabling the touchpad.

This affects me as well. Adding a keyboard shortcut to toggle the touchpad enable/disable state would be a useful workaround if solving the problem outright is difficult

The issue is still there in 1.1.0-0extras15.04.3. Moreover, it even got worse: now touchpad isn't re-enabled after unplugging a mouse when PC is working.

On Ubuntu 16.04 unplugging the mouse does not disable TPI at all (regardless if waking from suspend or normally).
