Installing a new app is not working

Bug Description
There appears to be a new bug on app installation
1) I install an app (e.g. Tumblr, Wikipedia)
2) After download and installation, the app does not appear in my installed apps
3) If I try to re-install, the download bar goes up to 200%
4) The app is still not visible in my app lens
5) If I select 'open' at the end of installation and then pin it to the launcher, then it is available to use, so the bug is obviously to do with the icon not appearing in the lens, rather than with the installation itself.
