VPNaaS: field names of peer_address/peer_id in IPSecSiteConn detail should be synced with those in creation form

In bug 1225131, the field names of peer_address/peer_id in VPNaaS IPSecSiteConnection creation form were improved to more appropriate ones. However, the corresponding filed names in IPSecSiteConnection detail page are not updated. They should be synced with those in the creation form.
